Got my teeth pulled needed to get a soft liner haven't been able to wear teeth because the Hudson office close very humiliating not believe they could do this to people with no notice

Dentures never fit and they wanted me to pay again for them. One tooth was never pulled and I've requested medical records, mine by State Law and HIPPA, was completely ignored. Rude people all around. Find another facility!

I went to Affordable Dentures in Lenoir City, on 3 different occasions in and around 10 yrs, and the first set I had to throw away, because the dentures were way too large for my mouth, and I could not eat or talk or anything. I went back to let them know, and the person there , can not remember his name, but he was a smart moth to me, and told me that I had paid for them and now they were mine. I couldn't use them , so I threw them in to the garbage. Now a few yrs later, I went back and had paid 825 for a set , and they were really bad with an over bite and too large, but got part of my money back. Then later own a few yrs later, stupid me went back to give them a benefit of a doubt and the sorry man had seen where I had been there before and this time he chewed me out. He was very rude and crude. He talked real loud so that everyone could hear him, ans I just set there, seemed that I could not move, but let him do this again to me, and the dentures were horrible , so thin , you could practically see through them and so short , and I was so mad at my self to let this sorry man do this to me, but I ended up sending them back. I ended up filing a complaint to try to get my 725 dollars back, but he lied and threaten me and called me names and accuse me of all sorts of things. he even went out of his way to say that I had gotten a st there back in 2000, and it was a lie. The only set that I have had and stuck with them is where I had gotten these made in Kansas. This was back in 35 yrs ago. They were the best. I had had some type of cancer in my periodic glands at the age of 21 , and my teeth were burnt off on the tops in my mouth, so I had a lot of trouble, but ended up with some left in my gums, so Its been rough on me. These types of places where these people makes these dentures in the same day garbage is not woth wasting one's time and money. I have learnt the hard way.The Michael what ever got by with this and I did not get any money back at all this time. He is a scoundrel and mean. My husband also went to this place and this same man talked my husband into keeping two of his bottom teeth and had the dentures made , and the top denture were so short, talking about the bridge , that my husband could use them. he tries everything to try to keep them in, and it did not work. On the bottom plate, when he would try to wear them, it would hurt him so bad that he would put the bottom plate in his mouth to go in a store, then take it right back out as soon as he came out of the store or where ever. He finally had those two bottom teeth pull , because of the bottom plate set right down over the two, so he had so much pain trying to wear this plate, he gave up and now he has no teeth at all to eat with. I have hear now of other stories of this place and I would tell anyone ,please do not go there

My complaint is they don't know how to call the customer back and let them know anything and then when I do call back the lady Tonina is never in the office they tell me she will give me a call back and then I never hear anything

I had an appointment Friday they called two days before. With some lie that my insurance was pending I needed to call I said ok. Then I find out they never submitted the authorization till today I called my insurance the lady was such a jerk. They never did it they had 3 weeks never did it so now I have to wait again another ten days even though it's there mistake.so upset just because they don't care of doing there job

When someone has appointment you don't keep them waiting all *** day to get teeth pulled ya'll don't need to make appointments for people then

My handicapped son needed to have teeth pulled and a denture made. Because he is on Medicaid I took him to Economy Dentures in South Daytona, Florida. To begin with the appointment they make...is not an appointment. They call it an arrival time, but that is only after you arrive and sit for an hour, then ask about your appointment. That's when they tell you it's only a scheduled arrival time. After sitting for almost 3 hours we finally get in. The dentist is old and has dirty, greasy, nasty hair and looks like he hasn't washed it in weeks. He examines my son. We explain that my son has had open heart surgery and that we have concerns about the process, that he needs to be knocked out for the procedure, the need for antibiotics, as instructed by his heart doctor, because of the infection, etc. The dentists doesn't seem to have any concerns, tells him what teeth need to be removed, does not prescribe antibiotics and has us reschedule to return to have his teeth removed. They did do a mold for the denture. The return visit was scheduled for 7am. We arrive early and wait, and wait and around 9am, someone says it will be a little longer. Around 11:30am he is called in and they sit him down and tell him he will have a local anesthetic. My son explains that we discussed the need for him to be knocked out and the dentist says, "we don't do that here". Needless to say, my son got up and walked out. These people, I am sure, charged his Medicaid for this visit, even though nothing was done. My son had oral surgery at the University of Florida Dental school, where they would not touch him without knocking him out. When we went back for the denture, it was another ordeal. It wasn't even close in fit. He went back for soft reline and that came out in a week. He called back to get it done again and they said he had to wait 6 months for the hard reline. In 6 months he called for the appointment for the hard reline and they said he was 2 weeks past the date of "warranty" so it would cost $45 for the hard reline. He made the appointment for 9am. Again, it's not an appointment, they said it's "a scheduled arrival time". So over an hour later, they take him back. I left to go to work, knowing it would take too long. He called and told me they would not start until I paid first for the work. So I left work, went back to pay, paid, then asked how long it would be, as I would wait this time. They said it would be at least 25 more minutes, before they would start. We are now at almost 2 hours past the appointment time. I pay and leave again for work. Shortly there after get a call from my son, who is furious because, they are NOT doing the hard reline, they are doing another soft reline. When he started to question them, they shoved the denture in his mouth and said bite down. My son got up, made a scene and left. These people are unbelievable. We caught the previous Manager in flat out lies. They do not give you clear information. This is a well oiled machine of lies, deceit and bad business all rolled up in one. I will be reporting them to every agency I can, starting with Florida Medical Licensing agency, the BBB, The Florida Consumer Protection Agency, Medicaid Fraud Dept and credit card company to cancel the payment. One word to the wise....if you must use them because of being on Medicaid, make sure you use a credit card for any payments. Do Not Use a Debit Card. You can stop the payment on your credit card if the work is not what you were told it would be.

They are culess about making dentures. I went 5 visits to get them right and the last visit they told me they couldnt do anything else. A patient should know what feels right and what doesnt. Dr Graddy is very rough making impressions.I am okay with the uppers but the bottoms stick up to far and cannot eat with them. I explain to him what I needed done and he wasnt understanding what I was saying. Now I am gonna have to go to another dentist to get them done right.

Lack of knowledge, can not comphrend what is needed to be done. Was unwilling to fix the problem. Headquarters never responded to my complaint. Very very bad customer service.

I paid him $6,000 for a pair of dentures that the first pair broke and now the second pair I have a callus of my mouth probably an inch long if I was you I would never go to Economy Dentures they are the biggest rip-off they suck and I've gone to two offices and got nothing but problems from both

This BAD review goes specifically to Economy Dentures in Lake Mary, Florida We have the MOST UNPLEASANT experienced about the quality of service, DISCRIMINATION, ABUSE & NEGLECT to my beloved Mother, 81, an elderly patient with Economy Dentures in Lake Mary. This company has only had one dentist, Dr. William Lee Grace, who made the bottom denture CROOKED (which is understandable for one-day dentures) but had bigger issues, he also LEFT SOME FRAGMENTS from his last extraction. Economy Dentures NEVER even offered to fix it nor made a follow-up appointment for months. I was glad to find Altamonte Mall Dental, Dr. Fuller confirmed the fragments & referred us to the Oral Surgeon, Coast Dental. The Oral Surgeon confirmed it also that my Mother has to have the surgery before putting new dentures otherwise having a new impression for dentures months down the road is NOT going to be any good. During this whole time, the Corporate Manager, Yvette, and the Owner are well aware of the situation. And I must say to ALL of you, please AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE or whoever are thinking about dentures or any type of dental work, PLEASE think TWICE before doing anything or dealing with this company, maybe pay a little extra money to go somewhere else because this place is so ROTTEN, RIP OFFS, RECEIVED WORSE REVIEWS EVER by COUNTLESS UNHAPPY PATIENTS on 3 areas of Economy Dentures in FL, POOR QUALITY DENTURES! Until NOW everything is being on HOLD as well as the MONEY because Economy Dentures KNEW EXACTLY of this situation, the Corporate Manager, the Owner and everyone who treated my Mom during August 2016 knew about this, after explaining to them numerous times especially to the Corporate Manager copies to the Owner, emails & calls, they CONTINUE TO IGNORE ME. I'm not unhappy with Economy Dentures but I won't say the process was easy or without heartache. I started the process with them in February 2016 and no one treated me rudely for any reason certainly not because I had medicaid. The first doctor to evaluate me gave me hope that finally someone was going to remove my teeth and all my pain/infection and get dentures. However due to my own insurance issues it didn't happen as originally planned. Months went by while Rebecca at economy dentures attempted to get everything straighten out with my insurance. I had to be reevaluated by a different dentist. He was a quiet man but very stand his ground on what needed done in my mouth including needing bone shaved in order to be able to wear a plate. As I waited again for my insurance it again let me down however Rebecca was still there trying to make it happen. Then another snafu happened this time a clerical error on economy dentures but this too was looked into. Though the process took way longer than it should've to get approved I do not put all the blame on economy dentures especially because Rebecca was doing all she could to make it happen. Once she was successful they scheduled my procedure appointment right away. I just went in Wednesday October 5 and had my procedure done. It's scary, nerve wracking and not a picnic. But during the numbing process which does hurt I began to cry and both Dr. Peters and Gus the assistant showed compassion even each wiped a tear away and gave me time to regroup because I was upset. I toughened up and away they went. I had 28 teeth extracted plus very long stubborn roots and shaving of the bone under my tongue. All very painful but done very professional and with as little pain as possible. My dentures were made from the impression of my teeth which is important because I've always had little teeth. When the dentures were placed in the man who made them came to check if I liked them and how well it worked around the shaved bone area. Both Dr Peters and Gus praised me for being a good patient. Paperwork was giving to me and on my way I went. The first night was extremely painful but that was an extensive surgery and all the numbing agents wore off. I survived. The next day I had to come back for post opt. And this was during the hurricane Matthew! They seen me quickly but not rushed everything looked good and on my way I went. I don't go back for a month to check for adjustments since all swelling will be done by then. So basically other than insurance issues economy dentures did an incredible job very courteous and friendly. Professional and caring and the place is very clean. Of course there was pain it's a major surgery. I'm so thankful!
